ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Deadline for Abstract Submission: March 16, 2025
Spelling Rules:
Abstracts will only be accepted via the online submission system.
Academic titles should not be used in author names.
The first letter of the name should be written in capital letters, and the last name should be written in all capital letters.
E.g.: Ahmet TEMEL
Name and address of the institution in which the author is employed, should be stated.
E.g.: Xxxx University Medical Faculty, Department Of Xxxx, İzmir, Turkey
All abstract headings should be written in capital letters.
E.g.: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXX XXXX XXXX
The abbreviation should be given in parentheses on the first use next to the open name.
In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.
The summary should be written using the headings purpose, method, findings and conclusion.
The abstract should not exceed 400 words excluding the abstract title and name & surname of the author.
An abstract that does not match with anyone of the rules mentioned above, will be abandoned.

After the registration procedure, the explanations at the page will guide you. Please read the messages and explanations carefully.
Since the abstracts will be printed as they are sent, attention should be paid to spelling errors.
Please keep the confirmation mail sent to your e- mail address right after the abstract submission.
You can track the evaluation process of your abstract over the system by using your e - mail and password.
Abstracts that have not been finalized even though they are logged into the system will not be accepted.
** Only English papers will be accepted. Presentations can be made in Turkish.
* In order for the accepted paper to be included in the congress program and proceedings book, the PRESENTER AUTHOR must complete the congress registration.
* The presenting author can present a maximum of 2 papers.
* After the paper evaluations are completed and the paper acceptance letter is sent, it is not possible to add authors to the paper and change the presenter author.
Abstract Evaluation:
The evaluation will be made over the internet by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. The evaluation result will be sent to the authors as a final letter.
