GENERAL INFORMATION
Congress Date and Place:
The congress will be held in La Blanche Island Bodrum, May 22 – 25, 2025.
Congress Language:
The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English.
Registration and Consultation Services:
Registration and information desks will be open between 8 AM and 8 PM during the congress.
Invitation letter:
If requested, an invitation letter will be sent to congress participants who have completed their registration. This invitation letter is only intended to help participants obtain permission from the institutions they are affiliated with and will not provide any financial support to the participant
Name Badges:
For the smooth running and security of the meeting, it is necessary for all participants to wear their badges when entering the meeting center, during scientific sessions, in exhibition areas, poster areas and other social programs.
Certificate of participation:
All participants who registered for the congress will be able to download the participation certificate issued in their name in PDF format by logging in through the e-certificate system that will be created after the congress.
Paper Submission:
Papers will be sent online using the Abstractmodule Online Paper Module (www.spinecongress2025.com). Since the abstracts will be printed as they are sent, attention should be paid to spelling errors
Stand and Exhibition Areas:
During the congress, pharmaceutical and medical companies will exhibit their products in the area reserved for them in the congress center. The exhibition area will be open throughout the entire congress.
